American Airlines provided my room after a flight issue. I appreciated the fast check in process with several employees assisting. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were available at check in, a thoughtful touch. The room proved spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.

The airport shuttle arrived quickly I was happy about that.
I had issues with the room. The air conditioner was very noisy it was difficult to sleep. the room smelled musty a problem needs attention.

this place was super clean. the shuttle runs like clockwork. i saw coke products and ice available, so nice after flying. the room i got was gigantic, especially the bathroom. i didn't ask, but they gave me a handicap room, and those are always the biggest!
the vending machine didn't give me my diet coke after eight tries. bummer!
